GSW2 is not just a control device.

It can be used to moniter alarms, property, equipment, entrances or just about about anything else with the connection of any type of input sensors.

The new monitering application will allow you to centralise SMS alerts received from the field all to your desktop or laptop PC. The system will operate through a USB dongle plugged into your PC that allows you to move the dongle with you as you go and take your PC monitering capability with you.

SMS alerts received generate an on screen pop up with direct SMS text from the alert. You receive the date, time, location & event. Another pop up will occur based on the incoming Caller ID number. The software checks the incoming number against a User defined database of Client information and pops up the relevant information for that alarm. The information shown could be the Client's contact details, instructions in case of alarm or similar information.

This is a real monitering centre right on your PC and available to anyone and all at an affordable cost.

The GSW2 now comes in a Wiegand version.

Connect the output to an Industry Standard Wiegand Protocol access system and the GSW2 becomes a virtual card reader, checking incoming calls and converting authorised Caller ID to Wiegand 26 bit before sending a command to the access system to unlock the door.

This is a useful add on to any existing access system to incorporate GSM as a great back up or a money saving alternative to proximity cards.

GSW2 continues to get better...

Now included is a feature to prevent the accidental opening of a gate or garage door. If the safety sensor is not activated; signalling someone or something has passed through; the GSW2 will automatically pulse to close.

Another new developement for GSW2 is temperature sensing. Using the PT100 range of sensors we have succesfully tested the reporting of changes in preset temperature levels by SMS.

If you want full control of GSW2 for event logs, Administrators, Input configuration etc then the full versio (now called PRO) is the most suitable option.

GSW2 can now be programmed & controlled remotely via the new PC software using the GSW2 Remote Programmer as the data transfer device. It operates on the GSM network also.

After extensive testing, the new software is ready for release.

 The PC Software is now nearing completion.

Using our optional GSW Modem (coming soon) plugged into the usb port of your PC, you'll be able to completely configure and control your GSW2 devices.

The software can be used to remotely control the GSW2 outputs, check the status of inputs, upload event logs, update Users & settings and even send SMS text messages from within the sofware.
