GSW2 WIEGAND ACCESS Virtual PROX™
The Wiegand is a special version specific to Industry Standard Access Control Protocol, Wiegand. With the GSW2 Wiegand connected to the access control panel, Users can call the GSW2 device from an Authorised phone and it will give an Wiegand output to the Access Panel to switch the lock or gate.
Effectively the incoming call from an authorised mobile phone simulates placing a proximity card against a card reader, instantly backing up existing card or fob based access systems with an instant over-ride function in the case of lost, stolen or damaged proximity cards.
